Useful information

We look forward to welcoming you to Henley Rooms. Here are answers to some FAQs to make your visit more enjoyable.

Payment: We accept cash, debit and credit cards, but unfortunately not American express or cheques.

Consulation: To make the most of your treatment we suggest you arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment – arriving late will cheat you out of your precious treatment time.

Booking: Booking online, is really easy, password protected and allows you to cancel/reschedule. Click on the "BOOK NOW" button at the top of hte home page., a small deposit is taken at the time of booking, should you cancel with more than 24 hours notice this is refunded, Inline with our cancellation policy should you give less that 24 hourse notice you will be charged 50% of your booking fee. OR you can call into reception or call 01789 263444. We send a text reminder 48 hours before your appointment, if you need to change this we require 24 hours notice otherwise.

If your treatment is over 90 minutes or booked for 2 or more clients we ask for a 50% deposit 

Children: For insurance purposes children under the age of 12 are not permitted in the treatment room. Due to the Data protecion rules we are not allowed to keep data on children under the age of 16 so they cannot be treated.  Please respect the tranquillity and relaxation of our other guests.

Cancellation Policy: 

We understand that things happen, however we ask for 24 hours notice to cancel or change your appointment, less than 24 hours notice we will charge 50% of your treatment cost. If on a pre-paid course this could lead to you losing part of your course.
