Useful information

We look forward to welcoming you to Henley Rooms. Here are answers to some FAQs to make your visit more enjoyable.

We can accept cash, debit and credit cards, but unfortunately not American express or cheques.

If your treatment is over 90 minutes or booked for 2 or more clients we ask for a 50% deposit – thank you.

To make the most of your treatment we suggest you arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment – arriving late will cheat you out of your precious treatment time.

We understand you occasionally need to cancel or charge an appointment. If you do, we do require 24 hours notice otherwise, regretfully we’ll have to charge you the full cost of your treatment. We endeavour to send a text 48 hours prior to your appointment, you can call to cancel or send an email whichever is easier.

For insurance purposes children are not permitted in the treatment room. We respectfully ask that clients don’t bring children into the salon to ensure the maximum comfort, tranquillity and enjoyment for all our guests.
